Semi related: A decent modder can use the in game assests to recreate the outfit via a mod. It would have to replace an existing camo set, but it'd still work. I'm guessing no one has figured out how to export the textures yet...otherwise Nexus would be flooded with texture swap mods.
Yep. Like I said, any in-game assets can easily be used to recreate something by someone skilled enough, it's just a matter of being able export them. Modders are notoriously lazy when it comes to that (if no easy method exists) so that's likely why the Nexus isn't drowning in retexture mods for TPP yet.
