What happens if I kill quiet?

So I did mission 11, incapacitated her and while boss had his gun pointed at her, in a spurr of insanity, I pulled the right trigger and blam! Unexpectedly I blew her away. I freaked out and restarted the mission and didn't shoot her that time but it got me thinking. What happens if I did kill her and continue?

From a cursory googling I saw that mission 45 is locked out and side ops 150 as well, also I bet you can't have her as a buddy if she's dead unless she's a zombie or a vampire.

But what else? Please try to avoid spoilers I haven't gotten past mission 14 yet

She simply isn't there. I think you also get a lot of money/ressources, but that is irrelevant anyway.
To me, the story makes much less sense if you kill her, and you'd be missing out on a good chunk of game-play as well as awesome cutscenes. Because Quiet isn't only naked, she's also a total badass.

All right glad I restarted to get the buddy, besides GMP and resources are easy to obtain when you just freeroam outposts, especially when you kidnap everyone XD makes it so easy. Ocelot can just throw overboard those that aren't worthwhile

I'm pretty sure you can just replay the mission to get her, and as long as you haven't finished mission 45.

That makes no sense at all.

You don't ever unlock mission 45 if you killed Quiet.
