There's showers in every main platform in mother base. That or take a shower in the lovely rains of Africa.

If it doesn't come off it means you've reached full on demon status.

Didn't know there was a Demon status, is it like a Karma system? Will it affect the story somehow?

PS: I changed Snake's camo and the blood came off.

Yeah pretty much. It's not directly tied to Heroism either, but some things that do give you heroism do lower your demon status like fultoning animals.

And nah won't affect the story. Just your appearence. Maybe the gameplay...but not so sure. I've never reached it.

Beat me to it... Well, you can also change char to a random, then change it back to previous.
That gets rid of the blood, too!
