Mobile is where the future of gaming lies. - Konami Director Hideki Hayakawa
Building lvl 4 of your mother base alone takes what? 20-25 hours?? This has nothing to do with instant gratification you smug prick. You can easily do all the main missions in that time. It's horrible game design and nothing else.
On PC...
Hell this is the only one with that phonegames rubbish design.
Not really. There are other games that use time to build upgrades. The only reason why people are comparing this to a phone game is because of the microtransactions. And they don't have to be bought at all.
Thsi is just more complaining for complainings sake.
Yeah sure, an upgrade tree that takes longer than the actual game is such a fine idea and people just enjoy complaining.
Takes longer than the game? If you could unlock everything at once you would just be grinding out the cash for the stuff instead....which is a different form of waiting. Upgrading things in any game takes time and effort.
A minute, not 24 hours like bloody phonegames. And MGS5 now.
MGS5 contains phonegames idiocy where PC needs to be running the game for days in order to build something.
This is the only game with that phonegames rubbish design I saw. If there is another one, please, tell me which one it is as I don't want to buy another such garbage ever.
One thing, there is a wartable missions with timer in Dragon Age Inquisition. But those don't use real time (means you turn PC off and the game will still collect herbs) and are just gathering ress, not improving buildings and weaponry!
Yep, and you could just adjust your PC's clock to skip that BS in Dragon Age
Speculation: This is a practise run for a "free to play" game where you can skip those waiting times by waving your wallet. (Some FOB features already have that function)
