Yeah,last time,i checked,before the patch,i swear my female soldier boobs don't move at all,at least when she's in her sneaking suit. So it's probably for these two outfit that moves only.

I'm okay with The Boss Sneaking Suit. That...actually makes sense. The other once doesn't seem very practical. Then again, I gave Quiet the XOF Uniform as well.
