I have done all Missions and Side-Ops that are available, but i'm missing several Side-Ops in the list

I have done Missions 1-50 and have done every single Side-Op that I have available, but I am missing the following Side-Ops:
91-92
103-106
132-142
I am at a loss for what I can do to enable the remaining Side-Ops. Can anyone help me out?

not a solution but a suggestion:
some of the side-ops use the same location so if you try redoing some of them that might "open up the location" for the ones youre missing

103-106: Eliminate the armored Vehicle Unit 11-14
132-142 : Eliminate the wandering puppets 5-15
The puppet ones might be triggered by visiting 2nd floor room on medical 1st deck

I got the same problem too, I've re-do about 20 side ops but still no remaining side ops show up.

Thanks for the suggestion. I already looked up what the missings ones were and what the prerequisites were and ensured I had done them. I have redone several of them but no luck so far.

Someone who did them all please post screenshots where those take place so they can do other repeatable missions that overrode those from appearing.
I'd do it, but I'm on guide making and can't.

I think I found a solution here. You'll have to complete mission 46 to unlock rest of the side ops list.

I found what the solution was. You have to listen to the cassette tapes to some unluck the Side-Op missions.

I did this, but no change to side ops list. Missing 23-26, 44-46, 49, 50, 56-60, 64, 65, 78-81, 89-92, 99-106, 112, and 119-150. The only emblem I'm currently using is the DD one (someone suggested the butterfly emblem was the cause). I am stuck at the Sahelanthropus battle and am focusing on completing side ops, but it seems they never end. Finish one, and another it's paired with activates. I appreciate the constant source of revenue, but why make such a mystery of progression?

This game sucks. I have put 688 hours into it, and still don't understand the interface completely. Any other game I'd be leveled up entirely by now and be closing in on the final few achievements, but I haven't even unlocked most cat 6 weapons and tools yet. It's effing ridiculous.

Main missions go all the way to 50. I'm guessing that by "stuck on Salenthropus battle" you are talking about main mission 31 and not some other one? If you dont see anymore new sideops and all of them are completed or on repeat then you need to unlock more side ops by completing main missions.

I finished the whole game all the way to sahelantropus the resurrection (lvl 50) and i am still stuck without mine clearing 9 and 10, they just dont show up.

Same for: Eliminate the Armored Vehicle Unit 11, 12, 13, 14.
Eliminate Tank Unit 11, 12, 13, 14.
Eliminate the Wandering Puppets 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15.

I’m having the same issues! Also mission 0-10? I believe, take back the base (the repeat) 0 mission, mission 22 worked just great … but the 0 mission completely glitches out on me!! It’s super odd, I have to just end it.. (keeps saying I’m out of mission area and the whole DD base is just empty) … anyways I’m missing all of these side missions now too and don’t know if it’s because I didn’t listen to the cassettes the full way through, I just clicked on it then clicked out to show i listened to it … ?? Or is it because I didn’t complete all the side tasks in the regular missions, or is it because I didn’t visit a platform on MB medical? Or whatever ? … that’s all I can think I’ve come to terms with not being able to do the 0 mission although I’m open to suggestions
