Fulton S rank staff but they do not show up in mother base/ idroid staff managment

Sorry my english isn't good ..
could anyone clarify for me why i fulton extract a s rank soldier and he doesn't show up in mother base ? i have about 130k heroism and about 59% game completed ..

please kindly help...

did you get the normal after mission "staff acquired" briefing? The slide by "window" that lists the soldiers you got?

Have you checked Brig to see if they showed up? or if they had boaster skills to fool you?

i extracted the s rank from a free roam run ... but i also tried in a normal mission ... didn't see the s rank in the slide

i checked the brigs and i fulton more than 10 s rank soldiers already but i cannot find them ...
and i think that all s ranked i extracted couldn't all have that boaster skill ..

Looks like this is a bug with latest patch. How high are your mother base levels? The bug makes high rank soldiers appear even though you don't have the privilege to get them yet. When you Fulton them you get nothing.

i'm wondering the same thing,but i have him walking around at the mother base,not in the staff management menu,any help would be appreciate.

PS. anyway I'm just at 31% where the next mission is "On The Trail".

Basically... S rank soldiers start to appear around if your teams have level 45 and more. Not earlier

Are you sure about that? My R&D is level 41 and i already got 3 S rank soldiers for it.

It's around that number. And as your level grows you will start finding them more often.

i thought they will appear when you completed 55% of game and have more 100k heroism
ok then i will try to get every platform to level 45 (without s rank this will take hours urgh)

and then i'll be back to report T.T

When you go out pick up only A soldiers and up. It helps. Best place to farm are nova braga airport, kiziba camp or afghan base camp. Or bwalaya masa ( or like that.. Names are ridiculous)

This estate in africa where you find code talker is also a good place for that. I extracted 3 S soldiers there while doing side missions in free roam.
