Armour Piercing Tranq?
Does anyone know how the dude from this video has a tranq gun that can pierce armor?

I'm developing the same one he's using atm but mine has no penetration value whereas his does

You mean the sniper rifle? Aim for the face. Or if you're talking about the pistol, that releases sleeping gas, and it's the reward of an FOB event

Yeah there are no tranq guns that pierce armor, but FOB guards are vulnerable in their chin, they wear cloth masks instead of armored ones.

The pistol they're using is a gas pistol though, it can even hit through floors since its a small aoe.
The recipe only comes from FOB events and is not currently available in Freedom from Oppression, so you'll have to wait for that.
