It’s notable that the russian government has now restricted access to platforms like Twitter, YouTube, and, starting this month, Discord as well . Freedom of speech doesn't mean that I'll welcome scammers, terrorists, and racist or xenophobic behaviours online! Freedom of speech has to do with your right to express yourself as long as your actions don't hinder other people's basic rights!
