how do i get wormhole fulton

so when i looked it up it told me that you get the side op needed to get the fulton after doing mission 31 tho i beated the game and i still dont have the side op i tried re doing the mission but it didnt work can anyone help

Do more side ops, it'll unlock ! I had the same problem

"Try clearing a bunch of African sideops, then chopper out of Africa back to the ACC menu, if you've already captured the previous legendary animals and finished Mission 31, it should open up, Side Ops just like to be a bit finicky. I had the same problem, but doing about 5-6 sideops in Africa and going back to the ACC menu opened it up for me."


"The reason is that Side Ops can't overlap geographically.

So new ones can't appear if old ones are in the area where they should appear."
