They coulda did so much more with Volgin. Once I foundout who the MoF was, I was like cool but they did so little with him, and how they made him go out in this game was lame. Other then the gameplay, every step of the game is hugely disappointing.

Sorry, dude, but he's right. This game's story is garbage. It's ridiculous even for Kojima's standards. A virus that kills you if you speak a certain language? A cliched, over the top, Shakespearean skull face baddie who wants to wipe away the English language? Trash. The gameplay is phenomenal, boring prologue aside, but the story is trash. That's what I play it for. Not the story.

There's a plethora of opinion on the internet as to why Kojima's writing sucks. I suggest you start there. Most focus on the fact that Kojima needs an editor. His writing is long-winded, meandering, and lacks subtly. It's like he's hammering us over the head again and again until we understand the simple concepts he's trying to convey. Simple concepts we understood the first time. Any decent writer could convey the same themes, concepts and emotions in about 1/10 of the verbiage.

And yes, that is just my opinion, no need to state the obvious.

Indeed, even CoD Black Ops 1 had a better storry in my opinion. The real ending was a bit interesting compare to the rest of the game story.

You guys must be really butthurt. Black Ops 1 better story? Yeah maybe if you're 12.
