Extremely low FPS on MGO compared to TPP

EDIT: Solved the problem. My laptop was using integrated graphics instead of the nvidia gpu. Go to AMD/NVidia control panel select MGO and choose high performance graphics processor.

Description: I'm using the same graphics settings for both TPP and MGO (1366x768 everything on medium vsync: on and framerate auto) I get solid 60 fps all the time on TPP while on MGO the max FPS I can get is 27. Anybody else with the same problem?

GPU: nVidia GTX 850M 3GB
CPU: Intel Core i7 4700HQ
RAM: 16GB
Gamepad/Controller: Keyboard/Mouse

Make sure the game isn't using integrated graphics instead of the nvidia dedicated graphics. Use the nvidia control panel to fix it for MGO.
