Quiet won't move around for some reason...

So i have a problem, whenever i bring Quite on any mission, this is how it goes, we arrive wherever, she moves into position near the outpost/base/whatever that was closest to the landing zone, she sights up an enemy and then wait. Alright no problem there, i run in and take care of the puckers in the baseplace, hooray. However, once im done with clearing that place out and move on, she won't move with me. I can run across the entire map and she will just stay at that one place!

According to this here wikia, you can tell her to "scout" areas that some man that looks like Snake but sounds like Keifer Sutherland have designated, thing is, how do you designate an area and how do i tell her to get there and scout it? Which button (in my case on the PS4) controller do i press to tell her to move her butt and scout out a location?

So far, the only times she has moved away from that one position she chooses to camp at at the start of the mission is whenever i get in a firefight.

Is this a bug or am i an idiot who's missing something obvious? Quiet is really handy when she actually helps so this is kinda annoying.
