Go to Customize an Emblem, and check the Words or Front section for "Codenames". You'll have a word, or picture of each animal, for each codename you've actually achieved. If you see any question marks, that means you didn't earn it yet.
To earn a codename, use the weapon indicated to get the most neutralizations over three missions. So, if you go through three missions, neutralize 15 enemies with shotgun, 5 with a sniper rifle, and 2 with CQC, you'll unlock "Piranha".
Wait, what? Now I need a new list. This looks insane.

I did not see anywhere on that site that said codenames. I'm only interested in the lsit of codenames obtainable, not the mission tasks for unlocking emblems.
Okay, I'll break it down for you.
1) This is the list of codenames obtainable
The list you posted in your first post is 100% of all the codenames obtainable.
Since you said before,
I assume you want to keep track of which ones you are missing.
2) This is the list of codenames you have achieved
There is no other way to see which codenames you have achieved than by checking the emblems menu.
I checked in that customizaton thing as you showed there but the list is full, every one of them is there, there are none showing up with [ ??? ] on them or just [ ? ]
The Encyclopedia section on the iDroid should be the way you can keep track of what codenames you HAVE unlocked, just as it keeps track of the number of animals caught and number of documents you have obtained from playing.
