Riot SMG Blueprint not found in the spot.
So I'm trying to upgrade my stun smg gun to #3, and it says that I need to find the Riot SMG Blueprint. I went to the location in the outpost and it's not there. The achievement is 0/1 still. Anyone want to give any advice?

It's supposed to be right next to the books right? If it is, then it wasnt there. :/
