What do "memes" mean on MGS universe?
Yes, I'm a novice at the series.

The first game that I've ever played was Rising. Awesome game, but I knew it was a spinoff and MGS is all about stealth. I am now playing the first MGS game for the PS1.

Still, Rising had many "memes" mentions. What are they?

Its just a way to describe the younger generation of gamers with an entitled attitude, because for them it's always about ME ME ME.
