how do i connect the companion app?

used it a lot on the ps4 and just got a tablet so plan to use it even more but only options its giving me is ps3 ps 4 and xbox one,
do i need a special version for pc or is there some trick to make it work?

i knew online was delayed (wont lose sleep over that as it wasnt to my tastes on the ps4) but it sucks the companion app is delayed, oh well mod support makes up for it to a certain degree i guess.
no wonder pc only gamers tend to be a bit on the angry side , definatly the short end of the stick from the devs

they cant restrict it to console only, there would be rather large uproar and a hell of a lot bad pr, its a pretty essential device ...wel ok not essential but close to being essential

If it was essential, they would have made it compatible with the PC version. They didn't, and there are no plans to make it compatible either.

Also, it just functions as an iDroid, something you already have in the game. It's useless. The GZ app at least had its base building, which made it a bit more interesting.

For something so essential, it's been pretty irrelevant in the last couple months that MGSV has been released.

Never had the gz one (im still a bit bitter i cant import my gz save but since that was on the ps4 its understandable....just annoying)

I used the mgsv app nearly all the time on the ps4 its incredably helpful to have a map that doesnt require the main screen. oh well i have done with out it on the pc for this long i can go with out longer, absolutly sucks its not coming

as i say i used it a lot. guess i should say essential to me rather then to all
