Strange, the requirements for story progression is simply:
1. Listen to yellow tapes.
2. Do yellow side ops.
3. Return to Mother Base between missions.
4. Do 3 (usually) side ops to unlock a new missions.
It shouldn't be taking so long, what was the last Story mission you unlocked?
I've got 3 yellow forces missions. Which I just cant do because I dont have enough people to do them.
Deployment missions aren't necessary for story progression.
Have you already done Mission 46? because that is simply the last one. No more story after that, unless you haven't done the subplot at the medical bay at Mother Base.
Side story. If you haven't done it just go to the medical bay and search for a blue lit door somewhere along the first building.
Also, again, if you've already done Mission 46 then there's no more story coming through missions.
Then that's it. You're done with the main storyline.
loling at the snuke girl.
When I played it it was just the first mission with an extra cutscene?
Think I might need a story analysis..
Yes, it's the first mission with a couple of differences.
this is a pretty good guide to understanding the story beats a little clearer
...
I really need to redo some of it... The story has flown over my head.
