Hard to tell, your descriptions are crappy
1) not take damage for some time - if you meant at the beginning or when he is surrounded by a blue bubble than its fine(first one is a fob rule, second one is an item to use)
2) instantly stood up after I knocked him to the ground in melee - depend on what you mean as knocked and was there a bubble. If you cqced him and there was a word STN, that disappears un one second than yes his a cheater(for example there is a cheater with nickname Dizzle which uses such cheats)
2) after his first death teleported to the starting point after which he ran at me again - sounds like a wormhole 10-12 tier
As far as i can tell game gives you 2 chances if you have retaliation
1) through retaliation tab
2) through invaders tab(using invaders will remove retaliation option from retaliation tab)
Also you can get retaliation wormholes from you allies
You could also shoot the Fulton Launcher at him for a free win, but that only works if he has any fultons left in him.
i would only add that headshot trick wont work on cheaters with no collision but you can cqc them into the ocean, where presumably they will enter death cam, which blocks controls as headshot for common cheaters

"Blue bubble", yes. I believe it is an "Energe Wall" - heard abour that. I don't think its fine if i can shot multiple time greandes in him and he takes no damage while i simply got stunned, sleeped and fultoned. Might that is not a cheat, but definitly looks like same for me.
I threw him to the ground in melee. No bubble were i beleive, but i might be wrong, i didn't recall that good now. Lets consider that is ok.

I don't know how does that work (and i didn't care now already) but he invaded me again at night (i wasn't in game, bots did counter him). And then at the morning. I was in game and tried to counter but i constantly got flashbanged, stunned, sleeped and fultoned. I do understand i can use some exploits (like mouse macros) to stand up immidiatly, but i didn't did that yet. Still, that is absolutly unplayable. I mean i don't know how that work and, but the basic rule for design in any PvP game that you can't hold other player stunlocked permanently. And there is no mechanic to counter that. That is simply a silver bullet with no countermeasure. Very bad game design.
He is not a cheater I believe now (i am pretty sure he isn't a cheater), and there is no blame for him actually. He is not guilty, just a coward using imbalanced game mechanics he learned from some YouTubers (or else).
There should be no such imbalanced mechanics or should be some ways to counter them or there should be a very strict limit to do that or else. But, as I see, the game does not only allow you to keep the opponent in stunlock permanently but also have multiples lives. I didn't use all that stun-sleep imba (only weapons doing harm to the health) and I didn't have multiple lives when I invade. And even with all that I can still live ok. That is very bad but ok IF I can invade him freely as he did to me. But I can't, for the reason unknown to me. I can't see him in the list of bases where I can invade, while he always sees me somehow. That is a thing I wouldn't tolerate. I would find and use cheats against that one if i have a chance to do that.
i wanted to ask if marker on him turned white and appered word stn, if so and he got up in a sec than 100% a cheater if not then its probably was bubble or a cheater with inf stamina
depends on the tier
tier 9 - just gives abbility to teleport at your own will
tier 10-12 - basically a respawner that can be countered by fulton launcher or depleting all wormhole by stun\zzz nades
he will continue invasions as long as you retaliate or you invading his allies
you can do his fob sneaky way
there is no point in trying to combat developed players if you are not developed as they are
personally im not into pushing lvl78 and if i spot a cheater i just ignore him untill he disapperes from tab completely or maybe do perfect stealth runs(i do combat cheaters but only dumb ones, there arent much chances to invade cheater who understands mechanics, same Dizzle it seems like his macro cheat isnt a big deal but it breaks mechanics of meta tactik, which makes him a hard target and honestly brings nothing but frustration)
stun nade launcher isnt imba - you need to learn how to use it especially on offense
you can escape hoj spam - if dude constantly do HoJ just take a nade try to throw it there is a chance you will start animation which will overwrite HoJ stun animation - basically you will be only teleported to a player but without stun animation also you can try to do a roll or a quickstanding
Game is great imo
it has a lot of cool techiques which easy to learn but difficult to master
and if you do - most of the cheater wont be a problem and if they are just avoid them
btw you can write invader name, maybe we know him and can tell you for sure who he is(better with steam link profile)(game has to many aspects to give you an advice)
not to mention you can always do smt less common and trick players

it wont work for everyone, but sometimes all you need to do is to trick player into giving you a better position from which its hard to take you off
anyway there are a lot of ways to approach fob
not the best example but he usually do double sweep
he kills enemies while go in direction of the core(zzz those who near core)
and when defender arrives he runs backwards killing everyone who got left
I looked at modern YouTube videos about FOB infiltration PvP. Both players wear the same suites, take the same items and the same weapons. Pathetic and boring. But I do understand why. Because that is the most effective way with that stunlocking unbalanced uncountered imba.
I downloaded and used cheats against that gay-youtube-copier, but it doesn't help me since even cheats doesn't counter that mass stunlock. I also accidentally defend the other player base today and other invader wasn't able to stun-sleep-fulton me so I kill him easily.
So the experiment is obviously complete for me. My save file is already corrupted so I doubt I will continue to play. But for some time I will return to the game to invade his base back (i am pretty sure he somehow see my base since he can invade multiple times in a row).
For understanding. My main concern against all that was not about gay-stunlock-imba-users. It was about that fact that I can't freely invade my intruder's base, while he can. So the multiplayer game is absolutely broken in multiple ways, yes. And also, where is the anti-cheat?
2)im not interesting in Liquid part of story because its obvious and waste of time, so for me game was pretty much finished
3)fob isnt about just coping each other equipment but the ability to use it, its also go beyond just stun weapons
4)ability to kick cheaters ass is a part why this game is so cool, and thats what guy did. Kicked your ass while you were on cheats
5)i doubt that he could freely invade you, tgats just exaggeration
6)every Tuesday some cheater got banned(not to mention a lot of other games have anti cheats but still have cheater problem, for example cs, but unlike mgsv in cs you almost cant spot them and sure as hell cant give decent fight back)
6) personally i enjoy variety of approaches and different platforms which allows me to win in different way, allows me to compensate lack of skill
No, he didn't. Cheats didn't save you from stunlock so they are usless here and i was not having/using legal in game imba he was using - stun / sleep / energy wall / wormhole / hand. So that is a battle of cheater and an imba user. Its like fight, where you are wallowing in ♥♥♥♥.

You just falsely derided the other player as a cheater, turns out you're the only cheater here.
Try getting good instead.
If you follow the conversation, you can see that:
1) I was wondering IF that the cheats or not (stun / sleep / hand / bubble / tele spam), because when I first-time encounter that it looks definitely is, since, as I already says, no PvP game should allow using unbalanced imba mech without counter and restriction. That is a basic rule of a game design the game creators totally failed. But i'm repeating myself (well ok, let it be)
2) I didn't claim he IS a cheater, and when we turned that he is most likely not, I said he is not to blame, the game is. Still he looks pitiful for using imba he learned from TouTube, but yes - when you can't create smth, you just stuck to copy. It looks ugly much like some Chinese building whole mini-cities copying mixed European architecture
3) I have no problem using cheats in THIS game. If the game provides a way someone can abuse an absolute imbalanced mechanic the game left no chance to counter - i would do that without a single regret. [Not to mention that the game lies that you can't be stricken back and allows a "highly-developed" players (the ones who have no life and grind some high-level imba) to meet the new players]
There, for example, should be simply a helmet with protection from flashbang (an active light filter that automatically dims in bright light and active noise-cancelling headphones - it all exists even in real life) and a gas mask against sleep gas. With different levels so from reducing the stun/sleep time to giving a complete immunity at the highest level (10-11). That was easy to implement in-game, but they failed. Good work
4) Still, my main concern was not about the gay spam i talked about previously (as I said, i can live even with that), but about invasion mechanics (which allows someone to easily continue to invade other, while that other can't do the same in back). I still don't know how that work, except it is clear that this is another bad game design
5) I didn't use cheats against other players except that one (i didn't use even against him previosuly), and i never used cheats in any PvP game previously (and i hope I never would again). That is not about i need an excuse here (i didn't care), but to make myself clear
