how do you escape and avoid those floating and flaming bad guys?

I stopped playing because I have no clue how to get away from those over powered possibly unkillable bad guy's,

Are there any youtube video's showing how to do so or mods to help with escaping and avoiding them?

it's the first mission after escaping the hospital, I infiltrated the camp and went to the pick up area and couldn't escape because of those fire guys and that floating woman, it's been six months sense I played

You mean the very first mission in Afghanistan? IIRC Man on Fire and Floating Child aren't on that mission, but the Skulls are. For them you can either sneak past or just ride D-Horse straight through.

If you mean that first mission where you cross a bridge and your helicopter leaves because of bad fog and those supersoldiers appear, you have 2 good options.

Simple one is to just ride as fast as you can. They will chase and hit you a few times but if you move fast you'll escape.

If you're patient, go below the bridge and wait. They will slowly move down the hill towards you. Don't get close or they'll see you. Wait until they've come down the hill a decent ways, then go back up your side of the hill, get on D-Horse and ride across the bridge. If you led them downhill enough, you can go past without them noticing you. After that you just ride to the pickup point unpursued.

Not sure why people haven't mentioned it, maybe it just doesnt work on first time playing this mission, but you can just cheese it and evade them spawning alltogether by changing the evac point after it has been set.

As you said, doesn't work when you play the mission for the first time - you're forced into 'meeting' the skulls this way.

Fighting them is always an option. 2 c4 or 2 grenades will kill them
