MGSV PC vs. PS4 online economy (S++ staff availability and playerbases health)

I mainly play FOB mode on PC and noticing a lot of bases are hacked with abundant S++ staff. It's obvious when a low or mid-level base hardly has any security upgrades (or even FOB count) and only S++ across the platforms.

This isn't to get into a debate about why people cheat on PC. It's PC, this is expected. What I wondering about is whether the PS4 economy has the same problem? What is the impact of less cheaters on that platform? Is ESP rank more meaningful at the top level as a result of less hacked ESP points?

I'm sure there are ways to cheat on PS4 as well but certainly not to the extent that we see on PC. The ESP rank of many players at the top is clearly hacked and this must have some downstream negative effect on the sanctity of the leaderboard and chances of actually engaging with other players (PVP, retaliations, etc).

It could also be that they saved up pf points and started a new game. But yes its like that on playstation as well.

I returned to the game recently and decided to start over. When fob unlocked I found out I had close to 4 mil pf points. So I just bought 300 S++ solders.
2/3 of them died to vocal cords parasite lol
