Help Mission 20 cutscene before boss fight wont load it just keeps showing the loading screen

infinite heaven can always mess up the game and cause bugs, try playing without and see if it works or not

what loading screen? this game has none apart from when going to places via heli (acc)

no like when i enter the compound and walkthrough the tarp thing it does that screen and stays there i have it running as wee speak and its been doing it for 22 minutes
