But yeah no other way to obtain them offline. If I were you, i'd just give FOB invasions a try, the medical platform specifically because they are very rewarding with plants. you can do the bi-weekly event if you want to be absolutely sure there won't be retaliation, or just make sure you reach the core of any player's FOB without getting detected. Most FOBs that have all platforms developed but only have ~200 staff are abandoned and you can just invade them without regrets.
EDIT: Actually, Skulls attack event started today, so you can do that.
Additionally, the double resource reward week from online FOB invasions also started today
FOB is the fastest way for most all resources. This picture shows an infiltration of a Medical Platform. As you can see, Haoma received from one infiltration is 1300. You could play every day for a month straight and you won't earn that much in the field. FOB is the way. Each FOB favors different resources. Do some of each FOB to find which one produces the most Haoma.

That being said. You've mentioned Event FOB. Event FOB is only good for blueprints. If you already have everything, leave the Events alone.
If you want to maximize your rewards you gotta attack higher level bases. Even Randoms can produce very good rewards. The way I do it is scroll through and look for FOB's with the most S++. There's not a direct corelation from S++ to resources, but in general, more S++ can mean high level base, and higher level base does corelate to the amount of resources you can get.
Looking for bases with 350 or more S++ means you'll get some S++ along with a good amount of resources.
I didn't see any Haoma rewards that you would get from the skulls attack before deploying, maybe might get it after.
Okay, thank you. I will give the skulls attack a shot.
yeah, unfortunately the game doesen't show all the resources you get as a reward from a FOB mission on the screen before you start it, but only the "main" resource that is rewarded at a greater amount than others. But don't be mistaken, the medical platform rewards you with all 8 different plants at very high amounts, just some plants more than others, as you can see in @!RJ_Truth's screenshot
the Base Development platform for instance only shows Minor Metal as a reward, but gives you all 5 types of processed materials and no plants. the other platforms give you some but not all processed materials and some but not all plants at different amounts, so when you need very high amounts of a specific material or plant, invading different platforms makes a big difference
Exactly what Tesper said, not all plants will be shown on the reward window before the deployment, it will be after. Definitely much quicker than running around offline looking for plants.
Thank you very much @!RJ_Truth !
You're welcome. Just remember, the greater the difficulty the greater the rewards. 300 from an event or 1300 from a random FOB. You're still better off, if you practice the higher level bases. You'll get to the point where you'll succeed more than you fail.
Edit:
Here's a level 58 base. Gave 1600.

I go in spurts what it is I'm doing at any given moment. Right now my thing is infiltrating FOB's with women staff in a swimsuit. Just to show that it can be done. I have successfully infiltrated level 78 bases in naught but a swimsuit and a couple weapons. Combat, Medical and Support are too easy and I've pretty well maximized S++ you can have in those units, so I've moved on trying to do the more difficult to infiltrate FOBs. Intel, R&D and BaseDev is what I'm trying to concentrate on now. After a while you'll notice the system dismissing S++ of a given unit and you know it's time to move on. My units pretty much stay maxed at 162 since I don't just infiltrate just to infiltrate. I look for bases heavy in whatever unit I'm targeting.
It's also an exercize of proving the fear mongers wrong. I don't PVP. Not very well anyway, though I did make LGT press hard and he only cored within the last 20 seconds. He was stressing thinking it wouldn't happen. That's not really my thing though. I'm not good against real humans. LOL Proving that you don't have to PVP to gain tons and tons of resources like so many of these newbs are afraid of. They worry so much about what will be taken from them when what they should be concerning themselves with is what they can get from others. I think that's like my main goal. Get people to play FOB.
I still play missions too. I love looking at a particular mission in a different way or considering how else it could be done. Even that I'll tend to match up my field missions with my FOB missions. If I'm playing a girl in a swimsuit on FOB, I'm doing the same with my field missions. I also try to remember to swap out which staff member I'm play every 3 missions. Whether that's FOB missions or field missions. It takes 3 successful missions to earn a medal. Once a medal is earned, I can move on to another. Which is another thing I'm doing. Earning medals for all my female staff. Though I'm pretty sure I have more than 350 female staff members, so I can't DC everyone and play as them, but I have enough on DC now that I've pretty much played all year so far as a female.
The main thing is to switch things up to keep it interesting. I think I've played with all different kinds of loadouts just to have fun with different weapons.
The game is really what you make of it in the long run. If you have the desire to continue to find enjoyment, then you'll find it. I do have to say this is probably the best value of any game I've ever bought. over 6000 hours for whatever I paid for it in 2016. To me, the value is well worth it.
