Mouse+Keyboard shortcuts for Quiet controls?

Couple questions:

1)Are there shortcuts for the Quiet Scout / Attack controls?
2)How do I stop quiet from killing soldiers I want to extract? Or tell her exactly who I want her to shoot?
3)Will she kill stunned/sleeping soldiers? Will she kill mission targets (such as "extract skilled enemy soldiers")?

1) I'm not sure I understand the question. Hold Q to see what commands you have available. The available commands depend on your bond level
2) She will target anyone you are looking at with the binoculars. Also seems to work with anyone you look at through a sniper rifle scope. This may require a certain level of bond, not sure
3) She will kill anyone you ask her to. She also is programmed to kill any enemy who spots you, or just shoot any enemy she sees when you use Cover Me, but I'm not sure if mission targets are excluded

Not really. Scout, Go to map and select her scout option and send her to your location of choice. Not really a shortcut for that since you can send her to scout anywhere on the map. Attack Controls are, hold Q and select the right option for whatever you want her to do, which mostly goes wrong till you build a bond with her.

Give her the butterfly rifle. Don't have it unlocked yet? Unlock it. It a ZZZ sniper rifle instead of DMG. It could also be that you haven't built bond with her yet. Prior to building bond with her, she just does what she wants. After you build bond with her you can tell her to hit a specific individual, but you can't say NOT to hit someone. If they're detecting you, she's there to protect you, so she's gonna pop them, hence the Butterfly sniper rifle being the only one you should allow her to use. She can put them to sleep and not affect you extract because you can just go extract the one she put to sleep.

Sounds like a side-op target, not a mission target. Side-op target. Yeah, she'll kill them if they're going to spot you or you triggered a combat alert.

That helped a lot. The Scout/Attack was confusing me most - thought I was doing it wrong by going to the map to give the orders.

I dont how players dont understand what she does. It even explains it when you select an option for her. There are no shortcut button options, everything expect scout/attack works trough the Q button. While Enemies are not in an alerted state you are practicaly her Spotter and can call out if she attacks an enemy youre looking at with a Sniper scope or the Binoculars. If you give her the order to cover you shes going to attack ANYONE in her sight. If you stun someone or put them to sleep and then wake them up again she will kill them, atleast it works that way with sideop targets, didnt test it with main mission targets.
