I saw a YT vid where Quiet was wearing battle fatigues. I don't see this clothing option in the buddy gear development items. How can I get them? (I don't mind seeing half-naked girls, but there's a time and a place! ;)

Also, is there a way to change her entire looks? :D

You need Quiet's Examination Report. It can be obtained by completing EPISODE 40: [EXTREME] CLOCKED IN SILENCE. It's funny, but I received this report long before this mission and I still haven't completed it, but I have this suit. Maybe it's because I have the maximum connection with her. There is also a closed suit "Sniper Wolf". For him, you need to go through the same episode. The XOF suit requires R&D level 25. For Sniper Wolf - 23. Somewhere they write that for the XOF suit you need to get an S rank. For some reason, the information is different everywhere. I don't even remember how I was given this report.
