Is there a difference between the Gold Bionic arm and Red one?
I've read around that say it punches harder but others say that it's just a cosmetic change with no real buffs

which is it fams?

Think at the "end" of the game your characters gets a stat buff around the time you unlock the gold arm so that could be the reason.
