WUHHHHHH HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
This is about as correct of an statement as you can get and know that you've mentioned I believe you've hit the nail on the head. There should be threads concerning exactly this problem with intels intergrated gpus buried deep within this forum, I think it could be fixed with a fresh install of the latest driver or an older version.

Go to NVIDIA Geforce Experience ( the software )
And change the Display Mode to "Windowed" ( Not " Full screen " )
It works for me ;)
Pour mes amies français ;
J'ai trouvé une solution pour l'écran blanc
Aller dans le logiciel NVIDIA Geforce Experience
Et changer le mode d'affichage à "Fenêtré" ( Pas "Plein écran" )
Sa marche pour moi ;)
Worked like a charm. Thanks.
2) It may not be the game's fault, it could that of your computer for a myriad of reasons
3) For something like this, we need system information including your current driver.
This is work solution.
I did it in another way. As I had problem with shadow play.
If in game settings set Borderless Fullsreen - shadow play recording not work, and turn on white screen, if you try to record. Need to change to Fullscreen and problem solved.
