If you allready got the game for free no less (Ground Zero), YES ABSOLUTLY!
Atleast the Main story, Only takes anything from 30 min to 2h depending on how you play, And it unlocks some small benifits in the main game.
The Extra missions you get after compleating the story in Zero you can safely skip if you want, They contain Optional missions with some teasers towards the main game.
The thing is, the plot in Ground zero will get Spoiled for you during MGSV PP, as it picks up where Zero left it. And there will be a Backflash to Zero during the game that will ruin the ending.
So IMHO, it's worth the houer of play eaven with a slightly less user friendly UI if you want to follow the plot from beginning to end.
I mean, it's just a few hours so there's no chance i'm gonna get bored
Actually it is :p, Both Zero And the beginning of PP is wery cutcene, and lore heavy not to mention wery linear. Depenting on how much you like that stuff you might either love it or hate it ;)
For many people it might feel like a way to long Toturial.
