Mission Tasks.

Hey people, I'm having a bit of trouble with something and was hoping someone could explain. I'm doing mission 33, [substistance] c2w and when I thought I had completed the mission I look at mission list I am no where near finished, there are several lines with a line of question marks. So I went here (http://www.gamezone.com/originals/metal-gear-solid-v-the-phantom-pain-guide-all-mission-tasks-detailed-jw7e/4 ) to see the hidden tasks. One of which is ( extract two prisoners at Wialo Village ) ok so I proceed to run there when down the road the doodie on the radio says left hot zone, mission over, well done. Please, what am I doing wrong ? How can I complete?
Another thing I have destroyed the transmitter and found diamonds but they are not ticked off. Is it maybe because I quit game mid way and resumed later on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

IIRC you have to go there before you destroy the Comm Equipment.

The tasks with ??? are optional tasks meant to be done when you replay the mission
(Many missions you need to play the mission twice or thrice in order to meet all requirements)

Once you finish the main objectives, the mission will end.
All tasks with ??? will be revealed once you complete the mission once, then you can replay to get the tasks done.
