How do I capture 1 or more outposts in Where Do The Bees Sleep?

I guess a better question would be what exactly counts as a outpost as I cleared gaurdpost #20 and the Mountain Relay Base during the mission but the challenge reward didn't unlock for either

Did you get the "Outpost captured" message?

You probably missed one guy in the Mountain Relay Base, try to go full aggro with the chopper and Quiet in the outpost where you find the Weapon.
Kill everyone, ???, Profit.
It worked for me.

I ran around and fired my assult rifle into the air and blew up some C4 just to be sure I wasn't missing someone and I never got anyone's attention. Maybe some guy never spawned or something like that because I didn't get the captured outpost message.

guard posts are small posts on roads, outposts are the bases. I did these challenge tasks too today, but in the subsistence mission, and they only registered when i did it in complete stealth

Bring D-Dog to help sniff any possible hiding enemies, or check your iDroid for any AOM icons. I had Quiet scout the Mountain Relay Base as soon as the mission started, and when I got close enough, I ordered her to auto-fire at the enemies ("Cover Me").

Yeah weird, I did the exact same thing again by clearing the Mountain Relay Base and this time I got it
