I need the original mgsvtpp.exe file

So i've bought myself an ulltra-wide monitor and by default MGSV TPP doesnt support that aspect ratio (21:9) and so i've searched on the internet and found a patch that lets you play on this and its awesome.

Me, being the genius i am, forgott to backup the original mgsvtpp.exe file and thats a problem because i cant use any online services with the patched version(it tells me to update my game). I havent found the original .exe anywhere on the internet which is why i'm asking.

Is there an easy fix for this or could someone upload the original mgsvtpp.exe file to see if that works? Thanks in advance!

or you could delete mgsvtpp.exe and let the game check files integrity, right click on game, properties and you will find it there
