Kojima labeled the game "Tactical Espionage Operations" like Peace Walker, while 3 was labeled "Tactical Espionage Action".
that's why you have an army and a load of weapons to choose from before missions.
And for your information, there are few weapons you can find during missions, and many weapons need you to find blueprints and personnel to develop them, so it's kinda similar but a longer process to use them.
If you find the game boring then you are doing something wrong. I mean, you have insanly large arsenal, vehicles, buddies and more to give you many approaches and game styles doing your missions. Still not convinced? Play with naked outfit, 1 or no weapons and try to finish missions with only CQC, God it was so fun in my experience.
Agree.
Wow... so now we can't even compare a metal gear solid game with another metal gear solid game? Do you really understand how dumb that sounds from a critical poiint of view?
OP said the game is boring, which is from gameplay-pespective, not overall product.
MGS3 has a different gameplay than MGSV when it comes to level-progression and deployment.
But You can compare MGS Twin Snakes to MGS1 because it's a remake of it, Or MGS4 to MGS3 because the gameplay continued and expanded from there.
MGSV is continued from Peace Walker and Portable Ops not MGS1,2,3,4.
So let me get this straight, the average hours for completing the game is around 50 hours, you said "You don't know how many times I uninstalled it, only to give it another chance" and yet you manage to reach 274 hours which is more than enough to complete the game 100%. With that amount of hours spent on the game I think you clearly gave the game "another chance".
I starting the game but too much of cut scene and crawling and directed moved I m bored . I needed a game which gives me full control from the beginning and I have to find out all about the game
"JOHN WESLEY HARDING GET DOWN! The enemy sniper."
"You destroyed the anti air radar?! Its not part of the mission but it will cripple the enemies air detection. Now you can land the chopper in a nearby outpost!"
"Yep thats an enemy gunship!"
"You re not serious about leaving him there are you?!"
"What are you doing? You are leaving the mission area!"
I wanna put "Buzzkill" Miller in a choke hold then choke slam em to the ground. For the octillionth time it gets too damn annoying! He should have stayed QUIET! X.x
There is so much variety in potential approach to a mission that it's not even funny.
Addicting and fun.
