Code Talker on Mother Base?

So I´ve been seeing Code Talker on top of Motherbase where the custom flag is. I see him when I fly away from the base. But when I climb it up he isn´t there. Is that an Easter Egg or is there a cutscene that can be triggered if I am there at the right time? Thanks in advance :D

there is a cutscene with codetalker, but i don't know how to trigger it.

You mean the one where he is right at the landing zone talking about Ocelot aiming bad and stuff? I already had that one but he still is there.

It's just an easter egg. At least that would be my best guess. Sort of a "ha ha" kind of thing.

yeah, that's the cutscene and i saw him sitting in his wheelchair afterwards too - but i just figured he was there to bring some life to an otherwise sterile motherbase command platform environment.

Eli is also spotted on top of the command deck from time to time as well.
