is there anyway to replay missions? wtihout having to restart the full game

Wait, are you talking about actually missions or side ops? Cause missions aren't supposed to be greyed out at all.

Check your Idroid, and click on the mission lists, then you just click on the mission you want and you play it. If that doesn't work, then I'm not sure.

okey i try that, also a other thing if you do the mission right in the replay do get other things from the mission?

you also need to be in your mobile command centre (chopper) to be able to replay the story missions otherwise they are greyed out like if your in free roam.

They don't, actually, only if the missions are located in another Area Of Operations. If you choose to replay a mission in africa while you're in africa, a box will appear somewhere on the map, and you approach it to start the mission

If you want more female soldiers, the White Mamba mission is guaranteed to have a female prisoner, as does Sidejob 06

As they should be. It's realistic that most of them would be men, and most of the soldiers you're going to meet in the field would be men.
