All Main Story Missions Cleared with S rank but no Raiden Suit

I have just completed every Main Story Mission minus Total Stealth, Extreme, Subsistence etc with an S rank, Why isn't the Grand Master Title/Raiden Suit popping up?

Check Mission 4. You probably have a '-' instead of S rank coz you beat it by already destroying the comms equipment before starting the mission

EDIT: Not just the story mission but EVERY mission needs to be S ranked

Correct me if I am mistaken but for "S" rank you need at least 120K, The Prologue Mission is only 108K

The prologue mission can easily be S ranked by just skipping all the cutscenes.

Check out if you really unlocked mission 45 and 46, both can be missed. Also, you first have to develop the cyborg ninja suit before being able to develop Raiden's suit.

You haven't done mission 45. You need to raise Quiet's bond to 100% as well to do it.

I have unlocked Mission 45, but not have quiets bond up to 100% I will try that and see if it pops up then.

Correction, I did not unlock Mission 45, though I did eventually get Quiet up to 100% on the Buddy thing then unlocked mission 45 and completed it. Finally got the Cyborg Ninja Costume and Raidens Costume. Thanks.
