The weapon is powerful it doesn't make any sense you can directly equip it when you just need one inviltration on mosquito base to get the points.
did we get to use any weapon in the game that we haven't developed?
trough the story we chased blueprints for some special weapons and after we got the blueprints we got the chance to pay for development
just gaining grade 9 sniper on such easy FOB would be nonsense compared to that, or to anything
OP thought that the weapon would be available for deployment immediately, and not that the weapon had to be developed. Yes, it fits with the rest of game's mechanics of finding Blueprints and then developing the weapons, but then I got into situations where I have 4 online items being developed simultaneously, and I couldn't develop a single, Grade 1 camo that I got from an FOB Event because four items is the cap, even for those 1,000 GMP, five-minute development time suits.
that's how it works, FOB rewards are online rewards, it makes sense to develop them online. Not like those camo suits are something special, no special bonuses, just the same ol' fatigue with different textures
