Is HD Collection worth it?
More I play mgs 5, more I wish I was playing older mgs games. Was thinking about getting that hd collection, which has mgs 2, 3 & PW. I have played them all back in the day, but I'm more wondering if the HD collection is well made, like how psp PW works on bigger screen + controls.
Just wondering, since I remember Silent Hill HD collection and that was a waste of money.

yes completely... you can get the digital for cheap and if you have not beaten older games of the series it's an amazing series to boot...

I would recommend mgs 4 as well

peace walker is not on par with other mgs games simply because it was made for the portable console... but the story is neat and the gameplay is similar to mgs v

If you got a PS3 yeah it is. It's even better getting the Legacy Collection.

It is worth it. Unlike Silent Hill HD that was outsourced to Hijinx Studios and was a rushed product, MGS HD collection was outsourced to Bluepoint Games(A competent studio) and they did a good job with it.(They even doubled the framerate of MGS 3 from 30 to 60.)

Totally get it. MGS2 and 3 are some of the greatest metal gear games. ♥♥♥♥ peace walker though. (You may like that one, idk)

Because its really really, I mean really hard to get an original Dualshock 3 and with a fake one your experienced will be suboptimal, especially mgs3 which makes more use of pressure sensitive controls.
Is the Legacy Collection even in 360? I think it’s PS3 only

... sure make sure U R using a D Pad all the way the legacy for the original experience ....

Actually I do prefer the D pad. Im not joking it's more precise especially for racing games.
