Some people prefer that linear section than the open world. And why are you surprised? You wanted them to start in the open world and then change it to a linear the whole game? This is the way, a nice slow paced linear presentation to show the player what they'll encounter in this game and then it will flesh out into the open world. It makes total sense they did this and if you follow the game since the start you would've know this by now.
It's mostly cutscene. Sorry, you may like it but it's boring to me. That's why I'm looking forward to it picking up. I know some peeps are more into stories, but I like the gaming aspect of it and don't really care for the extra fluff. That's why I wanted to find out how much time I would have to commit to finishing this up.
Yeah, it's the tutorial/prologue mission.
I don't know if he can go that fast, but he sure is lucky. All those people getting hit by bullets and torched, but somehow he manages to escape it all. I guess when you're that lucky, you don't need to be fast.
