and about prosthetic mobility, it is a best skill soldier can have. it's Venom's skill but cheaters created them and system is full of them. Only obtainable on all S++ FOB's

FOB's, find all S++ FOB and hope it is filled with girls.
Got me 200-300 girls that way, most of them are S++ at which point no medal is really required

Afaik you can achieve one medal for doing 3 Missions, another one for killing an Invader on your FOB with the selected Soldier and the 3rd ist the Medal that the Puppet Soldiers get.

I heard about another Way to get the 3rd Medal, which says to completely remove all Soldiers from the Security Team and put the Females to the Security Team. Then replay "Retake the Platform" Mission. The Idea was that all Hostages from that Mission now had to be your Waifus and according to that should get the Medal.
Tried that several times, but every time I started the Mission the Game filled up the Security Team and none of the Hostages where my female Soldiers.

note that I haven't got all 3 medals, she had them when I got her.
CE scripts allow you to add medals to staff members.

one medal that's most effective is when you kill the invader on the FOB, that one give highest boost to skills

Legit way for 3 medals --

Medal of Honor - Deploy as defender and beat intruder
Service Cross - Send waifu on Combat Deployment and hope they return alive
Distingusihed Service Medal - Play as waifu and reach FOB core multiple times
