Heavy Infantry?
All I do is sneak up on them and choke them. Is there a better\easier way to take em down?

what are you looking for? You're pretty much doing it without killing them, wich is pretty simple. Good stats? Fulton, bad? Rocket.

So there is no way I can get them between the armor somewhere with the tranquilzer or something?

Grenades. Stun or Sleep for nonlethal, Frag for lethal. You're best off with the first two.

Use sleep grenades. They are op as hell. Try them in FOB too but top level consumes a lot of African Peach.

You can use the AM d114-9, it can penetrate helmets just like the Brennan or Serval can do.

The best solution is an AM D114 LB9++ fitted with a silencer. It'll crack even a riot helmet at mid range, and being a pistol it's relatively quiet.
