You could probably use a Youtube downloader to grab MP3s from the official channels and put that on a flash drive though.
Just look for OST soundtracks of any game on youtube, and download the video clip as an MP3 file from any of the video converter sites. free and easy.
the Metal Gear Solid V: The Lost Tapes cd has some of the music that you collect in the game like Nitrogen, Dormant Stream or How 'Bout Them Zombies, Ey and is an awesome collection of songs too. I purchased both and am quite happy with them.
With the MGSV_QAR_Tool (google it) you can extract all the files (including soundtracks & audio files) that are stored in 4 files chunk1.dat to chunk4.dat (they are located in your MGS 5 TPP steam folder).
To use it, you need to launch a command line or make a special shortcut with "c:\xxxx\xxxxx\mgsv_qar_tool.exe" -r chunkX.dat (x=1 to 4 ; the chunk files have to be in the same directory as the tool and the tool will create a new folder & extract all of content inside)
And with a second tool called "RavioliGameTools" (Rexplorer.exe), you can read the audio files you retrieve which are either .sbp or .wem (use windows search filter to find all *.sbp or *.wem)
I am currently exploring these & extracting as wave files, so i can turn them to FLAC to suit my purpose. (Ravioli let you choose wav or ogg for extraction)
I don't know if these specific encrypted format (.sbp & .wem) is "lossy" or not. But at least it sounds as in the game.
I am sure there are tons of specific music event that haven't made it in the official OST that are stored inside them. You just have to dig them yourself one by one :)
There is 460 audio files and probably more than a thousand track to listen to (some of the musics doesn't even appear in the game)
