What's the point of staff rank for an FOB mission?

Does the rank of a player mean anything when infiltrating an FOB? Like, what's the difference between deploying an S++ soldier and an A soldier, and how do I keep them from dying if I fail?

P.S Also what's the point of staff rank for security in FOBs? Doesn't it just risk you losing a lot of highly skilled S-rankers, when you could just deploy a bunch of A's or C ranks?

Higher ranked soldiers will communicate more and be more accurate.

S++ soliders are better, faster, stronger. Have special abilties depending on where S++ falls:

combat - higher hitpoints
r&d - more ammo collected from fallen soldiers
base dev - i forgot
support - i forgot
intel - automatic marking on UAVs, cameras when nearby
medical - i forgot

p.s. Higher ranked FOB soldier provide better defense. S++ soliders move faster, hit harder, investigate soft alerts better, etc...

If am not mistaken:
base dev - marks all cameras on FOB automatically (applies to custom cameras too I think)
support - faster climbing over obstacles
medical - drugs effect last longer.
Also high level security staff react better to certain situations.

Lower rank AI staff are quite stupid but S++ staff are clever, fast, work together better.
