Then you go back and replay mission.
Need to use stun weapons.
I guess it does give these weapons a reason to be used but if not for the job of extracting skulls they would be pointless.
For stun duration, throws last the least. Leg and arm tranq hits last longer, then chest tranq hits, then head hits. I think they last as long as a cqc choke hold. Longest lasting knock out is the 5 hit cqc combo.
If you get a silenced tranq sniper many missions become much easier as you can clear most of an outpost or base from well out of detection range.
Have patience.
Yeah I never knew they simply jumped off somewear else on the map even if it was for a short time as I can never seen them again. Even with NVG's when they have jumped away it is like spotting a needle in a hay stack the area is pretty big and if they are miles away they might look like a speck of yellow that could be a plant. Ah well guess I'll go hunting around once I get the option to pull them out.
Also I love the trank rifle I tend to have Quiet with me using her trank rifle as well if need be can sleep the area. Only problem is Quiet is a perfect aim for the head and many have helmets, I always do the combat ops for removing the helmets, body armour and shields to make the sniping/tranking easier but they seem to always get the gear back pretty quickly.
