Mod recommendations?

So I am thinking about getting some mods to improve my overall experience(infinite heaven or "ultimate MGSV mod" for instance) but I don't know how to go about it, what mods work together? What would make for the best overall experience, which combination of mods fixes the most weird design choices and issues.

0) Tips n' tricks:
• It's recommended to be in your ACC (place where your character sits on the helicopter) when you install mods. It's a general rule of thumb that makes modding less troublesome. Make sure you were at your ACC before closing the game and installing mods. It doesn't apply to every mod but it's a good habit to have for some.
• Snakebite MM (see 1) really makes modding simple. Once it's set up, it basically does everything for you. I don't know how familiar with modding you are, but once you'll have it set up, it'll be really easy.
• It's highly recommended to backup your saves. You'll find guides about backing up your saves left and right. You never know.
