they have 1 thing in common. YOu are meant to find out what all your staff members that are sick have in common.
once you identified the common thread between the staff members that are sick. You have to go through your entire list of staff members and send any and all members that have that 1 thing in common to the quarantine platform. You have to do this by hand. There is no fast way.
Now that is the non spoiling way of leading you to the answer. leading you to what you hve to do.
If you want what that 1 thing your staff member has in common. If you just want to know that so you can go ahead and fix it and dont want to figure it out yourself. I am going to say what that 1 thing they have in common is in spoiler tags. Just read what is behind the spoiler tags and you will know what each of your staff members have in common that is the source of the sickness. and any and all staff members that have this you must send to the medical platform quarantine.
the disease is spread through language. So what everyone that is getting sick in your staff have in common is they all are able to speak this same specific language. The language is Kikikongo. In order for you to stop the spread of the disease go through your list of staff and send everyone that speaks kikikongo to the quarantine platform.
I sure as heck didn't want to sit there manually checking 200+ staff, so that's what I did.
In my current playthough i let 500 of my staff get infected then replaced them all in the next mission. Do note that all symptomatic staff die when you get the cure.
I lost like 20 guys maybe by just powering through a few story missions. Easily replaced.
