[Minor spoilers] Shouldn't Big Boss have a flashback when his helicopter when his helicopter crashes?

And now, to some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥:

During Ground Zeroes, we find BB, Miller, an MSF medic, Chico and Paz (aswell as Morpho) on board one of the MSF helicopters. The helicopter crashes with everyone on board.

Venom seems to have very selective scenes ingraved in his head, that sometimes come back to haunt him One that clearly marked him was the helicopter crash that put him in a 9 year coma, after openning up Paz then watching her jump off.

When Venom finally assembles all of the old Mother Base photos like an Exodia card set, he suffers some flashback/PTSD hallucination mix and sees Paz removing a bomb from her organs. The bomb being identical to the one found during the Ground Zeroes incident, when the Medic (now Venom) removed it without anesthetics. Guts are spilling, Paz is shocked, Venom has a flashback from the helicopter scene mentionned above.

However, after Episode 11 - Cloaked in silence, a jet fighter tails BB's helicopter. No flashback. Pequod clearly tells BB that the chopper could be shot down at any moment, yet, no flashback whatsoever.
Episode 29 - Metallic Archaea. Skulls attack the helicopter and even manage to crash it. No flashback.

Episode 46 - Truth, Venom's memories alter themselves on the key points that truly marked him. While most of what happened remains the same, some key elements of those events, character defining events, are changed such as, you guessed it: the helicopter scene. It changes to show who truly gets hit by the shrapnel, which is the start of Venom's horny adventure. This helicopter crash reshaped his entire life. He's where he is in 1984 because of that accident 9 years before.

Is there something that I'm missing here? Shouldn't Venom's PTSD trigger every time his helicopter is endangered? Or am I missing the point? Is there something else that should/does trigger his PTSD other than the helicopter crash itself? Or perhaps nothing makes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense and I'm reading too much into it.

Perhaps it has something to do with the people present at the time, rather than the crash itself.

Do you really want to watch the same scene 6 times with no new info/context gained from them? From a storytelling perspective it makes zero sense.

people who have no moral issue with killing their enemies at war have no problems pulling the trigger, most people are empathetic and actually don't shoot when ordered, Venom is not one of them.
PTSD isn't real it's just a consequence of society poorly accommodating soldiers after their contract is up, the military institutionalizes people and without a well-constructed social system they will have no place in society after they retire, the same thing happens with ex-cons.

I assume he may get flashback only if they will fall in water affter + there was explosion before crash, theoreeticaly flashback most likely will b triggeret if someone will explode near copter, maby some suicide bomber on MB wich may rush towad copter when punished will leave on copter (thx Ocelot&Miller for outcasting sick nerd)
