Is nuclear disarmament achievement possible to get in 2021 ?

I just finished the game and it was so fking good and i now want to get all achievements but den i saw like all achievements guide and this was one of them where everyone has be free of nukes so i was wondering if this achievement is still possible to get

You are confusing two things. An online community-driven event that will never happen legit but triggered multiple times because of cheaters and an achievement you can do alone in offline mode by destroying your own nuke.

OWH SO BRO U MEAN AFTER I DEVELOP A NUKE I START THE GAME IN OFFLINE MODE AND I REMOVE THE NUKE AND I WILL GET THE ACHIEVEMENT ?!?!

You just need to disarm nuke for achivment

You could also steal one to disarm it, but you get one achievement for making a nuke and another for disarming it.
