Mission 14. Viscount not being delivered.

the viscount in mission 14 wont be delivered i have waited 2 and a half days and he just wont be delivered to the shack, does anyone know what to do
What i really need to know is, A. can i fix this, and B. do i have to restart.
i would like to avoid restarting because i have put a lot of effort into this run but, if i have to, then i have to.

you might have to restart because the Mission has a extremely specific script. It is best to deploy at 0600 because the Interrogator and Interpretor must meet with all 3 of the prisoners before the Viscount interrogation can happen. And the Vicount interrogation only happens at night, so make sure you deploy during the day so the Interrogator has time to meet with all the prisoners.

if the Vicount hasnt been deliverd after 2 days then the script is broken.
