In Ground Zeroes you can get more tranq rounds from small blue ammo boxes. They can be found in some of the locked storage sheds, watchtowers and shelves around the base.
Later down the road you csn research decoys that you can toss out and activate that will attract any of the guards in range as well. Also you can make your own distraction by shooting lights out. Knocking guards out with tranqs and leaving them in visible locations. Setting off explosions a ways from the guards that will cause them to investigate ( this will put the entire area on caution alert ) IF you have d-dog you can also get him to bark for you. have him wait in a specific area then bark. guards will investigate, giving you the distraction and at the same time they will just yell at d-dog to leave and go about their patrol.
It's harder to get an S rank in GZ than in TPP and GZ is harder in many ways zam.
