S++ soldiers became A++ when they go into my FOB brig?

after buying this game for 5 years i am finally playing it. i been playing FOB missions recently. I am just past mission 29 with all assault and sub machine guns developed, except for the gold ones.

anyway i am up to the point where i can find S class soldiers in the main game. But funny, some S++ soldiers that i fultoned ended up in my main brig i think. Those remain S++, but those that are in my FOB bring turn into A++. How is that possible? I mean, even if its my inadequate level, shouldnt it be downgraded to S instead.

And i do have S++ soldiers. so i dunno what am i doing wrong.

Issit because i failed to reach the core? Thats why soldiers get downgraded?

no i think he used some scripts to make his soldiers S++ but when you extract them because you don't have the same cheat the soldiers return to their default

Usually, these are fake S++ soldiers. You can spawn fake s++ soldiers for your fob using mod. It’s readily available unfortunately.

I was having the same issue too, i got most of my soldiers from this guy. i doubt a reply will come but should i dismiss these soldiers i got or keep them?

In this game many many cheaters exist and we normal player can't do anything about them.
You have no way to make sure the FOB which you invade is cheater account or not.
Cheaters use dummy status MODs, they change their A++ soldiers to S++ ones.
I've reported to KONAMI & Steam team about it again and again but both of them do nothing.
Keep in mind,online FOB ,especially almost all of ''Security Challenge FOB'', is cheater.
Honesty gives you nothing.

Despite the fact that most SC FOBs are run by cheaters, there are a few that can actually reward you with S++ soldiers. Good example: 48216. All the guards are ACTUALLY S++ ranked soldiers, and as far as I know - none of them have any "weird" traits, except extra medals. What I mean by that, is that sometimes you can steal some "special" staff from different cheater (or maybe the owner that you attacked stealed it from some cheater back in the day) platforms - these usually have Venom Snake skills, have unique appearance or... they doesn't have any appearance at all.
Also, as far as I know, the reason both Outer Harems turn all S++ to A++ is because of the some minor corruption in the save file that this guy had. I've read about it on steam forums some time ago, and that's how he himself explained it.
